Mindi received her law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2000. She is Secretary for the Board of the 7th Judicial District Bar Association and Co-Chairperson of the 7th Judicial District Women’s Bar Association as well as serving as a Bench-Bar Committee Member, Colorado Bar Association member, Colorado Bar Association Board of Governors Member, and serves on the Colorado Bar Association Nominating Committee and the Colorado Bar Association Executive Council .  Mindi owns and manages the firm.

Ryan received his law degree from the  Albany Law School at Union University in May 2007.   He was admitted to the Colorado Bar Association in October 2007 and joins the team at Overholser & Conerly in January 2008.

John retired in December 2007.
